Dr. Tammy Young is a trauma transformation coach, keynote speaker, ordained minister, and leadership mentor who helps people experience whole-person healing through a Spirit-led, research-backed coaching approach rooted in Scripture. Her work integrates doctoral research in trauma transformation, biblical theology, and professional coaching to address the whole person—body, soul, and spirit.
Rather than simply helping clients move forward, Dr. Tammy helps them uncover and heal the root issues that keep them circling the same patterns. Through partnership with Jesus Christ and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, she creates a safe, confidential space where individuals can experience freedom, renew their minds, restore their souls, and step into the purpose God designed for them.
Her doctoral research culminated in the development of a biblically based, Jesus-centered, Holy Spirit-led coaching approach to healing the brokenhearted. She believes lasting transformation occurs when healing reaches the soul—the mind, will, and emotions—not merely the symptoms of trauma.
The founder of One Heart One Hope Coaching and the creator of Trauma Transformation Coaching®, Dr. Tammy equips individuals, churches, ministries, and organizations with practical, Christ-centered tools for lasting transformation. She is also the visionary behind Lead With Wholeness™, helping leaders discover that sustainable leadership begins with personal wholeness.
An International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Dr. Tammy also holds advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Renewed Vision Techniques™ (RVT), and trauma-informed coaching methodologies. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Christian Education, a Master of Arts in Leadership from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry focused on trauma transformation coaching.
For nearly four decades, Dr. Tammy has served as a speaker, ministry leader, coach, and teacher throughout North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, equipping pastors, ministry leaders, organizations, and individuals with biblical truth and practical tools for healing and leadership. Whether speaking to a small retreat, coaching one-on-one, or training hundreds of leaders, her passion remains the same:

When she's not coaching or speaking, Tammy enjoys time with her husband Peter, their four adult married children, and two grandchildren, at their mountain retreat in North Georgia or making memories with a good friend over cup of coffee.
