Having personally experienced a radical change in her own life through Freedom Coaching, Dr. Tammy has a vision to help others move beyond their past. Since launching the One Heart One Hope Coaching practice in 2018, Dr. Tammy has been empowering those she encounters with the message of transformation.
Today, Dr. Tammy coaches both men and women to flourish in their present and move into their future. In addition to her personal clientele, she has had the privilege of coaching survivors restored from sex trafficking and exploitation. With a heart to lead people to their God-appointed path and to their potential, no matter their age, race, faith, status, or season of life, Dr. Tammy’s goal is to help others experience transformation from the inside out.
Training & Education
Providing spiritual direction for many in the more than 39 years of ministry, Dr. Tammy was ordained with the Assemblies of God in 2002.
Earning a master’s degree in leadership from AGTS/Evangel University (2019), Dr. Tammy earned a Doctor of Ministry degree focusing on Trauma Transformation Coaching, completing a successful defense on March 15, 2026, at Southeastern University, in Lakeland, Florida.
Dr. Tammy has also successfully completed the Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Renewed Vision Techniques (RVT), and Advanced Coaching Certification, and achieved the status of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), meeting credentialing requirements in record time. This accomplishment reflects her exceptional commitment to coaching mastery, ethical practice, and leadership development. Dr. Tammy's work represents the growing influence of credentialed coaches serving at the intersection of faith, leadership, and professional excellence.
Family
Dr. Tammy has been married for 39 years (July 2026) to her college sweetheart Peter, and together they are the parents of 2 adult children Wes and Christie.
They welcomed Alexandria their daughter-in-love to their family in 2014. Wes and Alexandria welcomed O'Shaughnessy Wesley on July 14, 2020, and Ember Celeste on August 19, 2021, to their family, and Grammy Tammy is over the moon in love with these little humans!
