Meet Your Coach

Having personally experienced a radical change in her own life through Freedom Coaching, Tammy has a vision to help others move beyond their past. Since launching the One Heart One Hope Coaching practice in 2018, Tammy has been empowering those she encounters with the message of transformation.

Today, Tammy coaches both men and women to flourish in their present and move into their future. In addition to her personal clientele, Tammy has had the privilege of coaching survivors who are being restored from sex trafficking and exploitation. With a heart to lead people to their God-appointed path and to their potential, no matter their age, race, faith, status, or season of life, Tammy’s goal is to help others experience transformation from the inside out.

Training & Education

Tammy has provided spiritual direction for many in the more than 35 years of ministry and was ordained with the Assemblies of God in 2002. A certified Life and Leadership Coach, Tammy is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Level 3 Coach with the Assemblies of God Coaching Coalition (AGCC), and a Certified Christian Coach with Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI). Tammy serves on the faculty at InVision Leadership as a coach trainer, raising up new coaches. Earning a master’s degree in Christian Ministries with an emphasis in Leadership from AGTS/Evangel University (2019), Tammy is currently earning a Doctor of Ministry degree writing her dissertation on Trauma Transformation Coaching, graduating April 2024 from Southeastern University, in Lakeland, Florida.

Family

Tammy has been married for 36 years (July 2023) to her college sweetheart Peter, and together they are the parents of 2 adult children Wes and Christie.
They welcomed Alexandria their daughter-in-love to their family in 2014. First-time grandparents, Tammy & Peter were blessed by Wes and Alexandria as they welcomed O'Shaughnessy Wesley on July 14, 2020, and Ember Celeste on August 19, 2021. Grammy Tammy is over the moon in love with these babies!
